I’m active in these groups:
ARNOVA: Association for Research on Nonprofit Organizations and Voluntary Action. I’ve been a member and attended every conference since 1993. The 2021 conference was in Atlanta, where I chaired two sessions and presented a paper with Greg Collins.
AAAE: Association of Arts Administration Educators. This is another long-time group. The 2019 conference was in Madison, WI, where I presented a session on “Teaching an Artistic Programming and Curatorial Decision-Making Process with Constrained Optimization and Voter Preference Models.”
